Numbercakes

You are a cream pastry lover? Then they are letters and numbers cakes just right for you ❤️

 

I make my number cakes with puff pastry and fill them with a patisserie/diplomat cream or ganache.

 

You'd rather want a classic number cake? No problem... I can also make you a cookie dough base. 

 

The patisserie cream has a vanilla flavor but I can also aromatize this with chocolate, mocha and much more flavours, the ganache (white) can also be flavored as you like it.

 

All designs are possible for any number, letter as well as in heart, cross shape.

 

A number or letter is about 18x26 cm and is enough for 6-8 people (2x Filled) or 10-12 people (3x Filled)
